1 Smoking is prohibited inside the structure;

2 It is forbidden to organize parties;

3 Silence is required from 10pm to 8am;

4 Breakfast will be served from 8:00 to 10:00;

5 Self check-out by 11:00 – for a correct self check-out, lock your room and leave it on the reception desk.

Late check-out (delayed check-out) carries a supplement of €10:00/hour.

If late check-out is not possible you can leave your luggage at no additional cost, if you want to leave your luggage after the check-out time you will have to communicate it the night before.

6 Check in is from 16:00 to 20:00; Check-in is by reservation only.

Check-in after 20:00, if available, carries a supplement of Euro 20;

Check-in after 11.59pm, if available, carries a supplement of €40;

7 The bedrooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 11:00 to allow for the rearrangement and daily cleaning, please store your personal effects in such a way as to allow for it. After these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed;

8 “RESPONSIBLE CHANGE” – Change of towels and sheets after 7 nights.

Extra change of sheets and towels is available for a supplement of €15.00.

9 The rate is non-refundable, in case of cancellation or modifications the penalty is 100%, the full amount of the reservation will therefore not be refunded;

10 In the event that the guest does not show up on the check-in date or is not in possession of a valid document, in addition to losing the amount (as explained in point 9), the reservation will be cancelled, to make the rooms available and bookable again;

11 Both inside the structure and inside the condominium, the volume of the voice must be kept low, to avoid disturbing the other guests of the structure and the tenants of the building. Especially from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00;

12 It is the property's right to refuse a reservation (refunding the deposit) within 12 hours of payment.

13 Coupons and discounts in general cannot be combined with other offers;

14 Pets are welcome and pay a supplement of €10 per night. If it is not paid during the booking phase, you can pay the amount at check-in.

15 Invoices and receipts with an amount exceeding € 77.47 will be subject to a € 2.00 stamp duty paid by the customer, as required by law;

16 The structure will decide whether to carry out check-in in person or self check-in.
In case of Self Check-in the guest must check in online via the link which will be automatically sent to the email inbox including the payment of the tourist tax.

17 From 17 May 2014 the Municipality of Palermo established the tourist tax with resolution of the City Council n° 73 of 09 April 2014. The tax is applied to overnight stays by non-residents in the Municipality of Palermo and for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. The amount of the tax for our structure is Euro 4,00 per person per night (maximum 4 nights). This tax is not included in the total amount that is generated through the site and must be paid directly to the hotel when paying the balance for the stay. There are exemptions for this tax:

1- minors up to the age of twelve;

2- coach drivers, guides, translators and tour leaders, in the exercise of their duties, who provide assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies;

3- sick people and those who assist patients hospitalized in health facilities, on the basis of two companions per patient;

4- off-site school groups and university students who benefit from the accommodation service at one of the university residences of the Regional Authority for the Right to University Study of Sicily;

5- volunteers and individuals staying in accommodation facilities following provisions adopted by public authorities, to deal with situations of a social nature, as well as emergencies resulting from calamitous or extraordinary events;

6- journalists and travel agents who participate in Press Trips and Educational Tours, organized or hosted by Tour Operators, Carriers, and/or the Municipal Administration.
